The Beginning in Singapore

Q：What kind of role did your company aim to fulfill when you started your journey in Singapore?

The JTB Singapore Office was established in 1987 in Singapore as it developed into a hub for the Asia-Pacific region. As a bridge connecting Japan and the world, and Singapore and the world, we strive to foster exchange and value creation through our “Exchange Creation” business, working dedicatedly every day to contribute to our clients and the local community.

Q： What core beliefs, commitments, and passions do you value most in your daily operations?

We will continue to grow alongside Singapore and remain a bridge connecting people, businesses, and communities. Leveraging our global network and locally rooted consultative capabilities, we contribute to expanding exchange and developing the regional economy. Our unchanging mission is to stand by each client and continuously create new value. Furthermore, in line with the Singapore Tourism Board (STB) 2040 Vision, we will actively contribute to the development of the tourism industry.

The Road Ahead

Q：How do you envision growing alongside Singapore, and in what ways do you hope to keep contributing to the nation?

As a value-creating enterprise connecting people, businesses, and regions, we will continue to walk alongside Singapore’s development. We contribute to international exchange and economic growth through tourism, MICE, and business solutions, and will take on new challenges by leveraging our global network. While responding to changing societal needs, we will contribute to realizing a sustainable future.

Singapore is an Asian crossroads where people, cultures, and information from around the world intersect. We are truly delighted to conduct business in this country filled with diverse opportunities. We will continue to push forward to contribute to our clients and the local community.
