Employee well-being plays an important role in strengthening engagement, improving retention, and supporting sustainable business growth.

This seminar will explore the latest trends and practical approaches to workplace wellness, along with an introduction to Singlife’s Employee Benefits and Wellness Program.

For the main session, we will welcome Diana, Professional Counsellor from TYHO (Talk Your Heart Out), who will share current trends and approaches to workplace wellness. Participants will also have the opportunity to experience part of a Wellness Program focused on Psychological First Aid.

Following the seminar, we will host a networking session with light refreshments, offering an opportunity to connect and exchange ideas with HR professionals from other companies.

This event will be conducted in English. We welcome not only Japanese representatives, but also local HR professionals and managers. There is no limit to the number of participants from each company, and we warmly welcome multiple colleagues to join!

TYHO|Professional Counsellor

Diana is a counsellor and mental health trainer who holds a Master’s degree in Counselling from Monash University, Australia.

She has supported teenagers and adults across a wide range of areas, including anxiety, panic attacks, stress, trauma, self-esteem, and interpersonal relationships.

She also has extensive experience delivering mental health training and workshops for companies and schools, with an approach that combines practical guidance with empathy and care.

At this seminar, Diana will share practical perspectives on mental well-being in the workplace and lead an experiential Wellness Program session focused on Psychological First Aid.
