Connecting People and Businesses: Where New Challenges Begin — Kanoko Kanda, Zero-Ten Singapore Pte. Ltd. General Manager

From Crosscoop to Zero-Ten Park

Q:What kind of role did your company aim to fulfill when you started your journey in Singapore?

Our company was originally established in 2011 as Crosscoop Singapore, a serviced office provider, and operates today under the brand name Zero-Ten Park. During an era when expanding into Asia emerged as a pivotal growth strategy for numerous Japanese enterprises, our mission was to cultivate a reassuring environment where businesses could boldly embrace overseas opportunities.

Since our inception, we have proudly supported more than 600 companies. Carrying forward the core dedication from our Crosscoop era, Zero-Ten Park continues to walk alongside ambitious businesses, fostering vibrant spaces where people and enterprises connect to generate inspiring new value.

Connecting People, Creating Value

Q:What core beliefs, commitments, and passions do you value most in your daily operations?

The single most vital principle we cherish is continuously asking ourselves: “What does our client truly need?” We provide an environment featuring full-time Japanese-speaking receptionists where clients feel comfortable asking anything that comes to mind. Furthermore, our team—bringing together high language proficiency, diverse backgrounds, and unique strengths—supports clients from various angles, walking hand-in-hand with them from initial proposals and action plans to dedicated follow-up support.

Our goal is not just to offer space. By leveraging our information and networks, we value creating an environment where new connections and challenges emerge to help people and businesses grow together. Ultimately, we strive to be a partner who makes clients feel, “I am so glad we consulted them.”

From Singapore to the World

Q:How do you envision growing alongside Singapore, and in what ways do you hope to keep contributing to the nation?

While Singapore presents cost challenges, it remains a crucial gateway for companies expanding into Asia and the global market. This is exactly why we are committed to turning into reality “what can only be achieved by being here” and “what creates future breakthroughs because we were here.”
Beyond just workspaces, we offer a one-stop solution that includes business support, community building, and connections with the right business partners.

We aim to be the first name that comes to mind, making people think, “If you’re expanding into Singapore, start with Zero-Ten Park.” Ultimately, we want to foster a space where individuals and businesses from around the world gather to take on new ventures, contributing to Singapore’s continued development.

A City Fostering Ambition

Q:What elements of Singapore’s culture or urban lifestyle do you find truly wonderful and inspiring?

What I find truly wonderful about Singapore is its deeply rooted culture of acknowledging individual differences and treating setbacks not as an “individual” fault, but as a collective learning experience for the “whole” community to build upon for the future.

I am immensely charmed by the city-state’s ability to flexibly embrace continuous change, advancing digital innovation and operational efficiency while steadfastly cherishing human trust, empathy, and heartfelt compassion in daily life.
