Q：What kind of role did your company aim to fulfill when you started your journey in Singapore?

In 1983, when Singapore had not even celebrated its 20th year of nationhood, we took our very first steps here. Back then, the Japanese expatriate community was small, numbering only around 2,600 to 3,000 residents.

With very few Japanese enterprises having entered the market, we set out on our journey with a clear mission: to provide absolute peace of mind to the Japanese community as they established their lives and businesses here, supporting them every step of the way through finding the perfect homes and offices.

Q：What core beliefs, commitments, and passions do you value most in your daily operations?

We are dedicated to providing the same level of thoughtful Japanese hospitality right here in Singapore. Moving abroad can often bring anxiety due to unfamiliar local customs and language barriers. That is why we go beyond simply introducing properties; we take the time to understand each client’s unique background and individual needs. By offering attentive, end-to-end support—from the initial search to after-move assistance. we ensure our clients can launch their new lives or businesses with absolute peace of mind. The Japanese expatriate community in Singapore, which numbered just around 3,000 when we were founded, has grown to over 30,000 today. In this vibrant nation where so many Japanese businesses and individuals thrive, we remain deeply committed to shaping environments where everyone can take on new challenges with absolute peace of mind through our residential and office solutions. Moving forward, we will continue to cherish our connection with Singaporean society. Serving as a vital bridge between Japan and Singapore, we are dedicated to deepening our local roots, leveraging our decades of experience and hard-earned trust to deliver even greater value for years to come.

What truly inspires me is how the city never stops evolving. New condominiums and office buildings are continuously reshaping the skyline, while the convenience of the public transit network has improved by leaps and bounds. Despite being a bustling metropolis, the abundance of lush greenery and pristine cleanliness create an environment that, in many ways, feels even more livable than Japan.
